Hertfordshire has a varied, complex and constantly evolving community. The mix of rural areas and high-density towns mean that our staff get to face a diverse and unique set of challenges. And for our 2000 regular officers, 300 special constables, 250 PCSOs and 1500 police staff, these contrasts and complexities provide a working environment that delivers potential and fulfilment in equal measure.
