Police Community Support Officers

Our Police Community Support Officers in Hertfordshire are the eyes and ears of the police force. A paid, uniformed and visible presence on the streets, you’ll provide real reassurance to the public whether you’re patrolling or responding to requests for assistance. It’s an incredibly varied role which could see you talking to schoolchildren one minute and undertaking minor crime investigation or dealing with anti-social behaviour the next. Confident and approachable, you’ll draw on your skills to deal with confrontational situations on occasion, but mostly talk and listen to others. It’s a real career in community support.

We’ll be accepting applications in early autumn. If you’d like to join us then make sure you don’t miss the deadline. Simply register your email address to receive regular updates.
