Police Community Support Officers

As a valued member of our team, you’ll be eligible to join a contributory final salary pension scheme. We’ll also offer you 23 days annual leave that increases to 32 depending on your grade and length of service. But we don’t stop there.

From flexible working hours to help with long term financial planning, we want to give people the support they need to make a positive contribution to our services. We know how important housing is, so you’ll be able to apply for an equity loan under our key worker housing scheme. With us, you’ll receive preferential travel insurance as well as a health care scheme that allows you to claim expenses connected to eye exams, glasses and even hospital stays. You can also obtain these benefits for your dependents. Mortgage advice will also be available as will assistance with wills and discounts on cars, insurance, holidays and plenty of other products. You’ll also enjoy clubs and social events as well as financial products available through the Police Credit Union. And, if you have young children, our childcare voucher scheme will be a big help.
